I loved our big room with a terrace overlooking the water 🌊 The super nice team. They arranged a boat trip and even changed our bus tickets. Only downside? Beds could've been a bit firmer.

Beautiful and particularly good spot so close to a splendid jungle and the shores. Also, in the lake from the jetty. Nice building and rooms with semi private bathroom.

Charming bungalow with great jungle vibes. The staff were attentive, particularly Rudy, who efficiently helped with arrangements. I enjoyed meals outdoors, surrounded by nature, and the free kayaking was a good bonus.
The lack of air conditioning made nights quite warm, and electricity cutouts occurred occasionally, which could be a concern.

The rustic vibe of the lodge was good, with amazing food and very nice comfort. We particularly enjoyed paddling along the shoreline to the Castillo de San Felipe, made for a perfect family outing with our adult children.
My wife says that adding life jackets for the hotel boat would improve safety for families.

A wonderful stay highlighted by the fine waterfront and cozy atmosphere. Indulgent pastries were a good treat at breakfast, and the help from the staff. While the location is serene, the beds leaned too soft for my preference, and some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times, slightly detracting from the peaceful vibe.

a beautiful stay but with minor issues
The atmosphere was lovely, perfect for relaxation after our explorations. The river view from our Two-Bedroom Suite was amazing. An lovely river trip to Livingston was expertly arranged by the staff. The garden view outside was a good touch.
The only downside was the softer bed, which could benefit from being a bit firmer.

It was just an appropriate option for a transient stop in Rio Dulce with good value for cost. Enjoyed the floating dock where I swam and relaxed in the sun. Be mindful of the slippery steps going into the river.
